The automatic dust discharge valve and air filter jam indicator, make maintenance simpler and extend air filter service time.
Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic components (pump, valve, motor, pilot valves etc) are world well know brands. The patented Japanese IB system with
perfect combination of release circuit and load sensing, reduce the
flow loss of the pressure compensation at the oil inlet, so to eliminate heat generating and increase the system efficiency; at the same time it makes the composite movements more gentle so to improve operation performance of the excavator, reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
The composite pressure comparing compensation system makes all movements more smooth; and increase machine lifetime.
The main and secondary oil circuits realizes the flow regeneration
based on the single-pump large flow, to further improve the moving speed of swing boom and arm, so the operation efficiency is doubled with obvious energy saving.
The optimized design of the composite movement, and simplified structure has changed the traditional high-pressure signal feedback, first time adopts the low pressure and automatic power compensation function, which make the whole performance stable and effective, the priority function is easy to achieve, the operation and maintenance is simplified greatly;

Comfort
The operator cabin is ergonomics designed, with spacious inner space, wide vision and attractive appearance. It is equipped with high-back air suspension seat, the height, leg room, and back angle can be adjusted individually to suite different operators for the most comfortable working posture to reduce the fatigue; the cab also equipped with heater and air conditioner so to offer a comfortable operation environment all year round.
Locking handle make the machine safer
When the locking handle is set at the position “Lock”, all the operations including travel, bulldozer, working device and swing will be locked.

The overall failure alarm and record function make the operator aware of the status of the excavator comprehensively just by staying in the cabin.
